蠔油牛肉 - BEEF WITH OYSTER

材料:
| $15 牛肉 | 少許 味粉 | | 少許 紹酒 | 2湯匙 蠔油 | | 少許 老抽 | 2條 蔥 | | 少許 濕蹄粉 | 1碗 清湯 | | 1匙半 油 | |
做法:
| 1. | 先把以上味料、蹄粉、清湯調成碗芡。 | 2. | 燒鍋落油把牛肉泡溫油取起,落味料、牛肉、紹酒,下芡,加尾油炒勻便成。 |
Ingredient:
| beef 15 grams | little bite starch | | little bite wine | 2 spoon of oyster | | 2 spoon of dark soy sauce | 2 spring onion | | chestnut 2 pcs | little bite oil. |
